| 1 | Dismantling of trolley from base-frame of old Elgi Compressor and installation of D.G Set on same trolley by way of:-Dismantling of existing trolley from base-frame of compressor using skilled labour. The job includes removing mounting bolts, cutting of welding and supports using gas cutter / angel grinder. The cutting has to be done carefully to avoid any damage to trolley and base-frame of compressor The job also includes modification of trolley base /grinding of rough surfaces caused by cutting process (so that D.G set is properly placed/balanced on it ) The job further includes lifting of compressor from trolley using hydra-crane to be arranged by the firm involved including using safety straps and chains so that the compressor is lifted carefully and safely to avoid any damage or mishap. The lifted compressor shall be then shifted to a safer place in the store premises. The job further includes lifting of generator (which is installed on departmental truck) carefully using hydra-crane after ensuring all safety measures and shifting/placing of same on the trolley ensuring proper alignment and stability.The job also includes fixing of generator base frame on trolley using arc welding. Testing and commissioning after proper alignment and positioning is also included).All the material required for the above job shall be included in the overall cost by abinitio. |
