Rectification Of Cable Fault Of Rbtws At Roshna Low Lift And Other Allied Works At Roshna Water Supply Scheme.- 1 Supply, delivery and Storage at site 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Aluminum Armored, XLPE insulated 1.1 K.V. grade cable, conforming to IS 7098(I) as per direction of EIC.(Make:-Approved in vendor list.)(Extra Cable Stored at site)(Test Certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery.) 2 Earth work in excavation of Cable line trenches, in all sorts of soil including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed &filling the same with excaveted soil including ramming dressing after all complete. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches,levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom,bailing out water as required complete.(For RBTWs No-1 and2) 3 Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm. 4 Laying of 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Al. Ar. Cable along the length of G.I. collecting line including binding with supplied GI wire at a suitable interval so as to prevent sagging of cable complete as per direction of EIC.(From River bank to RBTWs) 5 Laying 3 Core X 10 Sqmm through existing soil trench.(From Panel To River bank) 6 Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm.including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) 7 With earth obtained from excavation of foundation. 8 Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials for 3 Core X 10 Sqmm cable.(To connect feeder terminal) 9 Supply, Delivery and storage at site of Radar type Level Transmitter Unit for CWR with provision of Power Supply (Output, Operation): 2-wire; 4-20mA HART; HART/Bluetooth (App) configuration, inicator and remote display unit for continuous level monitoring with relay output for sensing high, low level in suction side of pump with surge protection and display unit (Relay with Surge Protection with Panel mounting 96 mm x 96mm. LPS = Loop power supply 7 digital LCD-display)The instrument will be supplied with wired MeterProtection Box, consisting of Over Voltage Protection, 24V DC Power Supply and Surge Protection.. (Level range-80mm-8mtr, liquid) (Along with 50 m cable)(For JL-2s CWR) 10 Installation of above Radar type continuous level measuring unit at CWR by using necessary elctro-mchanical accessories & other requisite materials and mending good damages to building works. This included withthe cost for making necy. connections with power, control, sensing wire and earth continuity wire etc including supplying 15 Amp, 5 Pin Pug Socket with switch, also cable from Panel Feeder to Switch & Plug Board, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection with switch to complete the job satisfactorly including testing all complete. 11 Add GST @ 18% 12 Add CESS @ 1%
