Bearing housing of pump body reboring and fitting new socket (Making & Supply the new socket) as per required size

Volute case boring, collering and fitting of C.I. Coller as per required size

Making of C.I. Coller for fitting on volute caseas per required size.

Extracting of old stud and reboring, reheating, remetalling, threading the bore with fitting of matching stud on the volute case cover. (Stud Bolt will be supplied departmentally)

Remetalling, threading of Air -Vent with fitting of matching bolt on volute case. (Bolt will be supplied departmentally)

GM bush cutting ,boring and drilling grease hole.(GM bush will be supplied departmentally)

C.I. star type coupler\"sboring and key way making with fitting of key on the coupling arrangement. (Key will be supplied departmentally)

C.I. star type coupler\"s facing and drilling for bolting system as per direction.

Opening, making or rethreading of seat of priming nipple as per direction(for old priming nipple)

Making of new priming nipple and cap to be fitted on the 90° M.S./G.I. bend pipe as per direction

Boring of gland flange for fitting on DPF/NIT/CEC/VARUNA/GEC pump.

Dismantelling, fitting & fixing, packing with painting (complete pump)

Loading (at the lifting point) and unloading (at destination)of water pump including carriage and back toSub-Division.

Paintingtwo coats of both inner & outer portion with best quality synthetic enamel paint (to be approved before use) including smoothening surface by sand paper for removing old paint as per direction of E.I.C. for Pump

Testing of Pump after socketing to ensure it is leak proof and has proper sealing.
