Supply, delivery at site and storage wall mounted made of sheet steel fabricated 2 mm for load bearing &1.6mm for non load bearing, indoor type, dust & vermin proof, lP-54 degree of protection, powder coated painted with rubber gaskets cover, front lockable hinged door with all Switchgear and other items duly wired up and tested as per specification. Incomer: (A) 100 Amps, TPN MCCB with adjustable OL, 36 KA & necessary accessories with suitable SPD (i.e. Ammeter, Voltmeter with CTS, UV/OV protection & Switches etc.),(B) Outgoing:- 7.5-12.5 HP, TP Star-delta Starter with other accessories - 1 Nos., (Suitable size capacitor bank to improve PF from o.85 to 0.98) (C) 0.5HP, 3 phase, 415V, Clorinator feeder with necessary accessories & level controller-1 no(D) Yard lighting feeder with necessary accessories & time switch - 1 No. (E) Automatic operation feeder with PLC operated . Cast Iron Wafer type Butterfly Valve generally as per BS-5155, having body of cast iron as per IS: 210 gr. FG 260, disc of SS Gr CF-8,Shaft of stainless steel AISI-410, \"O\" ring shaft seal of Nitrile rubber, valves are suitable for PN 1.0 rating. Valves are operated by suitable three phase, 415V, multi turn electrical actuator without starter. Make : Actuator - Rotork/ PHED approved make, Valve : IVI/Jupiter /Cair/ PHED approved make.TC needed for valve & actuator.

Installation of above MCC panel along with main switch, change over etc all electrical equipment with in the pump house, drawing the cable properly on wall as per direction of EIC as per layout and IE rules and all connection with supply necessary materials, cable etc to complete the work, making arrangement with supply & fitting of materials for taking power with in the pump house from WBSEDCL end as per direction of EIC.
