Supplier’s scope • Area of work: - CRM#2 • Scope of Work: - Supply and Installation of FIRE RATED DOORS • The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following: Technical specification of door • Supply of 2 hrs fire-rated Door with shutter designed and manufactured from 1.2 mm thick GI Sheet duly affixed with internal stiffeners to mount accessories and internally insulated with Rock wool and panel having an overall thickness of 45 mm • The frame is fabricated from a 1.6 mm thick G.I. sheet having a single rebate of 125 X 65 mm with necessary stiffeners and a final finish of powder coating as asked in the technical specifications. • The entire door with frame is fabricated and manufactured as per IS 3614 to provide integrity, stability, and thermal insulation W X H QTY UNIT 1 1.100 X 2.400 – Single leaf door 2.64 SQM SS Ball bearing hinges 3 Nos Vision Panel (200 x 300mm – fire rated glass) 1 Nos Panic bar for single leaf (for emergency exit) 1 Nos External trim device 1 Nos Door Closer 1 Nos Door opening position -based on the operational requirements • Transportation from manufacturing unit to site location of Central store, material loading included, Scaffolding Chagres for the entire execution is included and is in vendor scope.
