Complete cleaning/servicing of Air Handling Units-06Nos installed at Hon’ble High Court Complex Jammu by way of cleaning of prefilters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes greasing of motor bearings and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job includes p/f of V-belts and checking/repair to blower alignment. Also replacement of damaged wiring with new one, thimbling and insulating with PVC tape properly. Testing of AHUs on no load and on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to and fro charges including all sort of taxes.

Servicing and De-scaling of cooling tower-02Nos installed at Hon’ble High Court Jammu by way of opening of main header pipes, sub header pipes and nozzle. Draining out all the scaled water from condenser line with the help of circulation of descaling reagent. The process of circulation is repeated till all the chemical and scaling is removed from the condenser line. Job also involves sprinkling of de-scaling reagent on the fins with the help of special type of Jet Pump to remove scaling on the fins for proper evaporative cooling of warm condenser line water. The job involves removing of accumulated debris in basin and distribution system, cleaning of material of internal packing with de-scaling liquid and repairs to sprinkler. The job also includes adjustment of setting of fan blade angle for specified air flow and cleaning of strainer mesh. Providing and fitting of HRC fuses, single phase preventers, contactors, connectors in place of burnt/damaged ones as per requirement at site. Testing of motor on no load and on full load. Complete job in all respects includes cost of material, skilled labour and all handling charges, taxes and allied works upto testing.

Repair and servicing of package units-06 Nos of capacity11TR-05Nos & 22TR-01No installed at Hon’ble High Court Complex Jammu by way of cleaning of pre-filters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil of indoor & outdoor units, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes cleaning of nozzle head, greasing of motor bearings and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job then includes rectification of the leakages if any with soldering and brazing and topping up package units with refrigerant 30 kg (approx). Job involves repairs/servicing to control panels by way of replacement of damaged wiring with new ones as per site requirement. Connecting all electrical connections and testing on no load and full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labor charges, to and fro charges including all sort of taxes.
