The rate to include construction and removal of any jacking platforms, boring and jacking of pipe, removal of excavated material, jointing of casing sections, radiographic testing of joints, internal coating of casing pipe, providing HDPE spacers between the casing and carrier pipes, excavation of jacking and receiving pits, MS shoring/ shuttering, dewatering, 35 cm thick protection brick wall surrounding the pits for protection from entry of waste water of nearby drains, rain water or unwanted material for safety purpose, and backfilling of same to 95% of the standard Proctor density, etc., as indicated in the drawings and specifications.It includes supply ofM.S. pipe with approved quality material from TATA/SAIL, epoxy coating in 300 micron thickness on both in and outside, welding material etc. After successful completion of laying, contractor shall fix blind plate at both the flanged ends of carrier pipe with rubber gasket, nut-bolts.
