Tender For The Work Of Plantation Of Tree Saplings For Final Tree Cutting Permission From Local Authorities For The Project Of Hostel Block-3, Iroc Etc
Part-A Development work: (Completion Period :1 month)Providing and plantation of High density plants of 6 to 7 feet height treessaplings including digging & filling pits (Having size of 2ftx2ftx2ft) with well mixed mixture of approved quality red soil and farm yard manure in 1:1 proportion,(including providing red soil if required ) consolidation of the pits by watering , plantingthetree sapling, profuse watering after planting saplings, supporting the plants with the help of bamboo sticks including supply of sticks of suitable length all complete as directed by the Engineer - in-charge. It should include the cost of labour, plant, fertilizer, loading, unloading, transportation etc. Note: 1.) Cost of maintaining planted saplings for a period of 2 months by watering, weeding, hoeing, insect-pest control etc.2). Casualty of planted sapling, if any, shall be replaced by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.3. Penalty recovery for causalities shall be made @ double the cost of quoted rate if not replaced immediately. From the security deposit or performance security as may be the case.
