The payment break-up within the parameters indicated shall be submitted and finalised in the schedule of Activities in accordance with the payment terms setout in the annexure of Special Conditions of Contract. Bidder must submit Monthly Payment and Progress schedule in a tabular form as per format provided in the tender documents.

THE UNPRICED COMMERCIAL BID SHALL CONTAIN UNPRICED COPY OF PRICE SCHEDULE (BOQ1), DULY SIGNED AND STAMPED AND STRICTLY AS PER FORMAT PROVIDED IN THE TENDER DOCUMENTS.

IT IS MANDATORY FOR THE BIDDER TO INDICATE “QUOTED/ INCLUDED” IN THE UNPRICED SCHEDULE FOR ALL ITEMS IN THE SCHEDULE OF PRICES. IF THE BIDDER FAILS TO QUOTE FOR ANY ITEM IN THE SCHEDULE OF PRICES OR MENTIONS ‘NOT APPLICABLE’ OR ‘NIL’, IT WILL BE IMPLIED THAT SUCH ITEM(S) ARE INCLUDED ELSEWHERE IN THE QUOTED PRICES AND THE BID SHALL BE EVALUATED ACCORDINGLY, BIDDER SHOULD NOT CLUB ITEMS WITH DIFFERING PAYMENT TERMS.

The Price for Detailed Engineering Component quoted in BoQ1 Sheet, Sr. No. 2.01 for Line-I and 4.01 for Line -II shall not exceed3% (Three Percent) of the Total Lumpsum Price for respective Lines. The Total of Price for Supply component in BoQ1 Sheet, Serial No. 1.0 for Line-I and 3.0 for Line-II shall not exceed 75% (Seventy Five Percent) of the Total Lumpsum Price. In case the Break-Up of Lumpsum price(s) exceed the limits specified above, the excess amount shall be paid in final bill.

Supply items BoQ 1, Sr. No. 1.01 to 1.13 & 5.01 for Line-I and BoQ 1, Sr. No. 3.01 to 3.12 for Line-II shall be considered for MAD under delay in supply. MAD for Delay in Erection (pre shutdown jobs), BoQ 1, Sr. No. 2.02, 2.06 & 2.07 for Line-I and BoQ 1, Sr. No. 4.02, 4.06 & 4.07 shall be considrered. MAD for Hookup activities (shut down jobs), BoQ 1, Sr. No. 2.03, 2.04 & 2.05 for Line-I and BoQ 1, Sr. No. 4.03, 4.04 & 4.05 for Line-II shall be considered.
