| 3 | M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth makig good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen @ 5Kg/10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg/10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes etc 30mm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for supplying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for laying bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mmconsolidated thickness in single layer using bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.50% minimum binder content b weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.Notes :-(i)The ingredients shall be mixed in hot mix plant and the mix shall be spread using paver. (ii) Contractor shall get the design mix carried out from sources specified here-in-after and execute work using bitumen content as per actual design mix.In case bitumen content required as per design mix varies with 5.5% as specified, excess quantity of paving bitumen required shall be considered in unit rates and nothing will be paid extra.(iii) Cost of carrying out design mix shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. |
| 8 | M&L for laying premix bituminous macadam 75mm or less consolidated thickness in single layer using bitumen of grade VG-30 with 4% minimum binder content b weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surface including scrarifying the old bituminous macadam complete all as specified and directed.Notes :-(i)The ingredients shall be mixed in hot mix plant and the mix shall be spread using paver. | 9 | S&F in repairs flexible poly carbonat convex mirror 80cm dia encased in ABS material, orange colour for outdoor application including 75mm dia MS pipe for fixing mirror, frame with proper fixing arranagement (stand painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Preparing plastered, unplastered or concrete on new surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | S&F in repairs cat eyes, 100 x 100 x 17mm/20mm size made out of poly carbonate and ABS moulded body dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos highly reflective reflectors (Red/yellow colour) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Preparation of black bituminous road surfaces and applying thermoplastic road marking paint minimum 2mm thick with an applicator machine and heated mixer with stirring mechanism at a temperature of 160 degree celcious, laid uniformly complete all as specified and directed.Note :-Paint shall confirm to BS-3262 Part I & II of 1989 etc complete as per manufacturers instructions.Make.Asain Ltd/Automat Road Safety or Equivalent. |
| 13 | S&F sign board of size 120cm x 120cm made out of aluminium composite pannel board 3mm thick having PVDF coating, skin thickness not less than 0.25mm thick, high intensity reflective maintenance free sheet including writing letters/site map as per requirement/location with high reflective sheet/tape of make 3M, colour and design as approved including stainless steel frame work with vertical pipes as per 319 AISI, the frame consist of SS square pipes of size 2.5mm x 20mm having thickness 1.5mm and vertical post made of SS 50mm dia pipe, 1.5mm thick complete all as specified and directed (both side). |
