Repair/servicing and maintenance of heating system of Packaged Air Conditioning units of Emergency Gyane Operation theater at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing- 1 jobThe job includes replacement of old/damagedpackage coil unit with new coil unit as per sample and then cleaning of coil withproper chemical through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters.- 1 jobProviding and Fitting of Controller card- 1 job. Providing and Fitting of fan belts -02 nos. Providing and Fitting of 32 ampere contactor-2 nos. Providing and Fitting of TPN (63 A) -1 no. Providing and Fitting of Heating strips of 3KW capacity- 6 nos. Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing- 1 no.Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job,rectification of any other faults found during execution for successful working of machines and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for the winter season of 2024-25. Complete job as per site requirements and as per instructions ofEngineer-in-Charge.
