STAGE – I: Configuration & deployment of PMU Platform • Application Customization, Configuration, Testing of Digital Project Monitoring Application• Deployment or hosting of application in the Authority provided Cloud Environment / Data Centre• Project related site data migration (project master, contractor master, road master), Dashboard Development & Setting up of Analytic Platform as per Agreed Scope of Work• Integration with other interfaces (Drone, IoT / SCADA, Fund Tracking Tool of third party)• Training (One each training session for Contractor, ITF, Authority, AE) & onboarding requisite stakeholders

STAGE – II: Project Monitoring through Digital Tool (Digital PMU Platform)• Manpower deployment at MSIDC HO• Submission of Monthly Progress Report
