Providing Electro-Mechanical Accessories And Others At Replacement Twi Of Pump House- I For Murarai Ws Scheme At Murarai I Block Under Bolpur Mechanical Division Phe Dte.- 1 Withdrawing of 3 HP Submersible Pumping Mchinery along with all Column pipe by own arrangement including disconnection of Power line & delivery line. 2 Supply and delivery at site of the following submersible pumping machinery and electrical accessories as per approved vendor list of PHED 3 1.1KV grade 4 sq.mm x 3 core water proof flat submersible cable for above pump-motor set. 4 1.1KV grade 10 sq.mm 3 core XLPE insulated Aluminium armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988, with upto date amendments. 5 Supply and delivery of the following valves, pipes and gauges etc at site 6 3mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG 7 1.5 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. 8 80mm dia. CI Top & Bottom adopter. 9 Heavy type suitable dia. MS suspension clamp along with nuts bolts and washers. 10 80mm dia. CIDF Non-Raising Sluice Valves, PN 1.0 rating (Conforming to IS:14846) for delivery pipe line and wash out line.(MOC & TC needed for valve). 11 80mm dia. CIDF single door swing Non Return Valve, PN 1.0 rating (Conforming to IS:5312).(MOC & TC needed for valve). 12 CIDF 90°bend- 1no., CI flanged tee- 1no., blank flange-1no., CI/ MS flanged short piece 0.50 mtr.-1no, CI/ MS flanged pipe 1mtr.- 1 no. etc (as per IS specification and certification registered) for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line 13 Heavy type 250mm dia./suitable Split type tube well cover with clamping arrangement including supply of nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design. 14 Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size of MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length includingsupplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials 15 150mm dial Pressure gauge [Range 0-7kg/cm²] with glycerine filling inside the dial including brass cock and fitting complete [This cost includes 15mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials]. 16 Making brick pillar 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.75 Mtr/Suitable hight for supporting of valves and pipes with 12mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete. 17 Making CC foundation for support of the kiosk box after excavating the earth upto a depth of 0.6 Mtr below the GL including supply of all materials complete with 12 mm thick cement plastering with net cement finishing complete as per direction of EIC (size: 3 x 1 x 5). 18 Suitable Kiosk box for cable connection of submersible pump motor set with degree of protection IP 65 including suitable legs and 6 Nos. Al. Bus bar for 32 Amps and all necessary earthing arrangement and insulator as per direction of EIC. 19 Laying of Two Nos. cable 10sqmm 3 core in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection onthe top of thecable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, includingfilling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. 20 Installation of Submersible pumping machinery to newly sunk tubewell along with column pipes (as required), top cover, valves, and specials of above with protection pipe and supply of MS clamp, nut bolt, cable gland socket etc. making inerconnection of the pump delivery line to pump collecting main line near tubewell with supply of all necceasary pipe, reducer/enlarger, GI/MS specials etc. including brick, sand, cement, rod etc and laying & cable protection pipe as required and all to complete the job including all connection & testing commissioning as per direction of EIC. 21 Add GST @ 18% 22 Add Cess @ 1%
