Name of Work: (1) RMO of storm water Pump sets & DG sets at Bandh Road and SSN Marg under M-South Electrical Maintenance Division during the financial year 2024-25. (2) MOEI, Pump, Lifts of Subway, Under Deck and FOB on Delhi PWD Roads under PWD Electrical Division South during 2024-25.(SH:- SITC of ACP sheet based with acrylic letter LED Display Glow Sign Board at PTS Bus Stop FOB, Adhchini Village FOB, Padmini Enclave FOB and at various pump houses located on SSN Marg & Bandh Road)

Design, fabrication, supplying and installation ofIlluminated LED display board of sizes suitable for mounting on wall/ angle iron frame as per approved design with the following specifications.a) Board frame shall be made out of 2mm thick 25mm x 25mm square MS hollow tube with stiffners welded vertically & horizontally in regular intervalon which front sheet of 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel (ACP sheet) shall be fixed and its back side shall be covered by 16 SWG GI sheet with proper riveting all sides. The Laser / Router shall be used for ACP letter cutting (for proper accuracy) as per drawing the 3 mm acrylic sheet be used for making letter with the help of laser, the letter should befixed from inner side of the board.b) Letter of size as per drawing shall be made of minimum 3 mm acrylic sheet inside 3mm thick Sunboard in which suitable arrangement for pasting LED modules shall be made.

c) The Display board shall be IP-66 protection & joints to be filled up with water proof silicon to make the whole structure water proof & dust Proof.d) Power LED modules inisde the each letter consisting of5 Nos. LED of 0.4 watt each,injection moulded module of 2.4 watt having 120 lumen per watt,100 mA power current,12 volt in two rows along the periphery of each alphabet, shall be fixed in such a way to give uniform bright light to the characters letterwith suitable pasting arrangements with the help of dual side tape or adhesive solution as reqd.e) Single LED driver shall be pasted in the board with IP-68 or more grade protection i/c wring the entire board with specially designed power cables for LED shall be out door grade etc. complete as reqd.f) The signage board shall be bilingual (Hindi & English) with logo of PWD and will be of different sizes as per requirements Product.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.
