    Tender For Nctpsiim I Circle – Bm – 600 Mw Unit Ii – Operation And Upkeeping Of Unit Ii Boiler Goods Cum Passenger Lift (Rhs) For 24 Hrs In A For A Period Of One Year Upto 31.03.2026 From The Date Of Handing Over Of Site.; 1 Operation of Lift /day:This work involves operation of Boiler Lift from0 mtr to 88 mtr elevation at 24 hrs basis and rescue the passengers if any breakdown or power supply failure and charges including consumables and T&Ps 2 Superficial cleaning of boiler lift & head room : This work involves cleaning the car inside, sill and machine room, motor, ropebrakes, etc., and charges including consumables and T&Ps. 3 Cleaning of car shaftcomponents : This work involves cleaning, greasing and oiling the car door shaft components and charges including consumables and T&Ps.
