(Where machine can not reach/move). 2 Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 3 First class Brick Work in 1:4 cement & Coar sand 2.20 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinthcluding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. ried for proper completion of the work. 4 Supplying, fitting and placing with MS bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including bending for proper and necessary completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastages, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measurised as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 5 R.C.C. work with Cement approved coarse sand and 2.(3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels fo doors and windows excluding supply of nforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.
