Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder with 6.80 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.06 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 75mm or less thickness (Consolidated thickness) premix bituminous macadam (design mix) with crushed and graded coarse stone aggregate filler (cement) and sand (fine aggregate) mixed with 4% binder content using paving bitumen by VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, mixing bituminous macadam in Hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver complete & rolled to required camber and gradient by using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.NOTE :- The design mix for BM shall be carried out by contractor from approved NABL Lab / Institute / Govt Engg College as directed and design charges thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for providing existing black top surfaces of bituminous by wire brushing for removing caked, mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or with compressed compressor air blower to remove all lose dirt and applying evenly a tack coat of VG-10 confirming IS:W-73:2006 paving biutumen @5 Kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer, operated by hot pressure mechanism andM&L 30mm thick (compacted bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete using 5.5% binder contant by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade paving bitumen, spread with self propelling mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with using 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i)Mixing of SDAC shall be carried out in hot mix plant.Laying of bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be done only by using authomatic type censor paver.(ii)The design mix for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be carried out by contractor from approved NABL Lab / Institute / Govt Engg College as directed and design charges thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for road marking 2.50mm thick centre line, Side line, stop line, dashes, arrows, barckets and similar work on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid at temprature 160 degree celcious with a special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturer\"s instructions and traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubulr dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45 / 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.Note : Reflectors shall be positioned at the best eye guiding level so that drivers shall be warned from a safe distance.

S&F solar stud aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargable battery (1.2 V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturer\"s insturctions etc complete all as apecified and directed.
