Supply only Royal Palm Trees , (ornamental trees )of height not less than 1.20 mtrall as specified and as directed. Note : Trees selected for planting should have well established roots.

Planting Royal Palm tree supplied under Sl item No.1 aboveincluding labour for digging out pits for trees of suitable size (length, width & depth not less than 1000mm) in any type of soil, manually or with using auger and planting healthy Trees/Sapling /Shrubs ofspecified height in the pits, refilling the 50% of pits with approved good earth for gardening and balance 50% of the pits with mixture of sand, farm yard manure and red earth in the proportion of 1:2:3 all as specified and as directed complete.NOTE :_Remove extra earth from site & deposite at the area asdirected . 2. Rate quoted by contractor is inclusive of the rate of Manure/Chemicals etcrequired .

Supply and planting Hedges (Golden Duranta Hedges)including labour for digging out pits / trenches for hedges of suitable size (length / width & depth not less than 750mm) in any type of soil, manually or with using auger and planting hedges of specified height in the pits / trenches (number of hedge plant shall not be less than 5 per RM), refilling50% of pits with approved good earth for gardening and balance 50% of the pits with mixture of sand, farm yard manure and red earth in the proportion of 1:2:3 all as specified and as directed .NOTE:- Remove extra earth from site & deposite at the areaas directed . 2. Rate quoted by contractor is inclusive of the rate of Manure/Chemicals etcrequired . 3. Hedges selected for planting should have well established roots.

Supply and planting of grass (Mexican) by dibbling root method complete or all as specified below and directed.(a) Level the complete area and excavate the area not less than 20 cm deep in any type of soil.(b) Remove unwanted waste materials like metals, debries, stones, plastic waste, weed, etc.(c) A mixture of red earth and farm yard manure in the proportion of 2:1 should be filled in the excavated area.(d)Watering the area after final dressing of soil after one week continuously till the soil get watered/wet upto 10 to 15 cm deep and eradication of weeds/vegetation etc if any(e)Final dressing of top of surface of soil to required slope and gradient towards the manholes(f)Plantation of grass at the rate of 10 cm c/c both ways by dibbing root method as specified above.(g)Remove excavated earth from site & deposited at the area directed.(h)Approved Insecticides & fungicidesonly should be sprayed over the processed area.

NOTE for Item No.1 to 4 :- (i) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of all T&P, transportation charges, loading & unloading, royalties, municipal taxes and other levies,thattime being enforced. (ii) Laying,/spreading/mixing charges etc shall be deemed to be included in the respective item of schedule \"A\" for development of Area/site.

Maintenance / gardening of above trees, hedges and grass including all necessary items (manure / chemicals) required for better growth of trees & hedges including atleast 02 Nos of gardener highly skilled on monthly basis.
