Tender For Construction Of Compound Wall In West Neeelambur Oht In Madathukulam Town Panchayat; 1 Earth Work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, levelling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc. complete as per standard specification.(For Foundations SS 20B ) 2 Providing Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS gauge sizehard broken including cost conveyance of all materisl to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in postion including labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curring etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification 3 Supplying & Erecting RCC centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items (For all R.C.C Works )including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification .Footing sides & Grade beam 4 b) For Column 5 Supplyingand Fabrication and placing in position of TMT bars for all RCC works with cost of binding wire and cost of cutting, bending ,tying in position including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification. 6 Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - 7 Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five Sand ) using best quality ofStockbricks2nd class of size 9x 41/2x 3including all cost of materials and labour charges includingCuring charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification. 8 Supplying and fixing MS L Angle directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill and labour charges including one coat of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete (as per schedule of rates) as per standard specification 9 Plastering c.m 1:5(one cement and five sand) mix to a thick of 12mm using clean screened sand and including the cost of curing for 15 days from the completion of work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc complete complying as per MORTH Specifications. TNDSS No.56 & 57 10 Painting two coats with best-approved quality Colour Enamel paint for New Iron Works including cost and conveyance of enamel paint etc., Complete. 11 Supplying and Painting thewalls with TwoCoatsEmulsion Paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmrntal officers includingPreparation of surface curing, etc complete in all floorscomplying with standard specification. ( The Colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the departmental officers.)
