Double Cabin Pick Up Truck Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract, for delivery to the Final Destination. The rate for the Supply of Goods and Related Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following:(a) Supply of Goods: Double Cabin Pick Up Truck (Light Commercial Vehicle): 4-cylinder Diesel engine, electronic common-rail direct injection, min. capacity 2 liter. Gearbox type: Manual, five synchronized speeds and one reverse speed. Drive: 4x4; and(b) Related Services: (i) Factory Inspections of Purchaser, including travel and accommodation of Purchaser\"s representative. If a factory inspection visit of the Purchaser\"s representative fails, it shall be done for a second time at no additional costs to the Purchaser; (ii) Vehicle Insurance, Registration, Driving Permit/License and other such kind of service; and (iii) Inspections and Tests, User’s Manuals and Initial User Training, after Delivery to Final Destination.

(c) Recurrent Services: For each Unit of this Item, which shall comply with the requirements and technical specifications of the Contract. The rate for the Recurrent Services for each Unit of this Item shall cover all of the costs for the following:(i) Full Warranty: Full warranty for a total period of one thousand ninety-five (1,095) days that covers any and all costs for the repair or replacement of any and all defective components, at the nearest Manufacturer\"s authorized Service Centre, including the costs of any repairs or replacements of components beyond normal wear and tear by the end of the warranty period; and(ii) Maintenance and Servicing: Maintenance and servicing at the nearest Manufacturer\"s authorized Service Centre, on quarterly basis (every 90-day period) for a total period of one thousand ninety-five (1,095) days that shall be full and complete, including but not limited to: engine, transmission and brakes; including engine oil levels, radiator coolant level, engine air filter, spark plugs, battery, tyres pressure, transmission fluid, brake fluid, brake pads. Replacement of engine oil and oil fiter every six (6) months or every 10,000 km.
