Similar And Other Type Of P.Way Materials Laying Near By Lot Will Not Be Delivered. 5.Material Can Be Moved By Road Within A Lead Of 30 Mtrs From Stacking Point. 6. The Purchaser Will Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage Of Railway Property Wheather Due To His Negligence Or Otherwise. 7. The Purchaser Will Be Responsible For The Safety Of His Labour And Other Staff In Railway Premises. 8.
