The work includes excavation of foundation, base concretion of CC 1:4:8 ratio (cement, fine sand & brick ballast) first class brick work in cement morter of rtio1:4 foundation CC in 1:4:8 ratio(cement, find sand & brick ballast) and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge using MS bar of 10mm dia(tor) in reinforcement including its cutting, bending & binding in required shape. The work also includes laying of 2 No. 3.46 mtr. long rail pieces complete with cutting, welding & proper fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per drawing and shall be plastered/ finished on top and sides of the plinth. 43 Fabrication, Errection & Grouting of Substation Structure: 44 Isolator Structure: Fabrication of Isolator Structure 3.5 mtr in height as per Drg. digging of two no. pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 mtr. providing Stone Pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC(cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075x0.3 mtr. including all civil material, T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting up to 40 Mtr., raising and erecting the two legs with runner on proper alignment and level and plumb. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothing of edges. 45 Lightening Arrestor, P.I. & CT Structure : Fabrication of Lightening Arrestor, P.I. & CT Structure 3.5 mtr. in height as per Drg. digging of two no pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 mtr. providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the Structure in CC(cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075x0.3 mtr. including all civil material, T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting up to 40 Mtr., raising and erecting the two legs with runner on proper alignment and level and plumb. Both plinths of the structure shall be properly finished with smoothing of edges. 46 Plinth of VCB : Construction of Plinth of size 2.0 mtrx1.5mtrx0.9mtr. suitable for erection of upper structure of 33KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:3:6 (cement, find sand & brick ballast) 1st class brick work in cement mortor ratio 1:4:8(cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge). 47 Erection and installation of 33/11KV 05 MVA T/F 48 Erection and installation of 33/11KV 05 MVA T/F in a levelled position of the plinth. The work includes shifting of T/F to the site & installation within the S/S premises, assembling, fixing and fitting of all accessories and filling of T/F oil to the desired level and ensuring that there is no leakage. (All the matrical provided by the contrector Expect Cable). 55 Hoisting of 11KV Cable with 100 mm dia 3 Mtr. long GI Pipe on the feeder cable before mounting the cable on the double pole, lifting, mounting and clamping of 11KV feeder cable boxes on the feeder double pole structure and making connection including supply of cable mounting clamps. The work includes the sealing of GI Pipes, lower end of the pipe is to be buried into the earth by about one foot. (All the matrical provided by the contrector). 56 Hoisting of 11KV Cable for 11 KV switchgears & 33/11KV T/F. 57 Making vertical/horizontal jumper connections using Panther/Dog Conductor with existing busbargantry through PG Clamps and connecting all equipments with each other through connecting clamps. The work includes all the jumpes from busbar toT/F (1no. T/F bay) 58 Construction of Cable trench of size 300x300mm including brick work 1:4 in wall of the trench, brick ballast work in 1:5:10 on foundation plaster 12mm thick with coarse sand 1:4 and surface finishing with cement, providing MS Strip at an interval of 0.5 Mt. and MS Angle (25x25x5mm) running on both the edges of trench. 59 Construction of welded frame type control cable trench cover 0.5 Mt. long suitable for trench including cost of MS/Tor Bar. 60 Boring Type Earthing : Earthing for power T/Fby way of boring and lowering of 40mm dia, 2.9 mm thick GI Pipe B class from ground upto the water level (minimum 60 feet deep) as per standard practice as per RESPO/REC Drg with making of earth pit of 300x300 mm & 1 feet deep with Cover.(All materials to be provided by Contractor). 61 Chemical Type Earthing : Earthing for power T/Fby way of boring and lowering of 40mm dia, 2.9 mm thick GI Pipe B class from ground upto the water level (minimum 10 feet deep) and Connected To Chemical Bag as per standard practice as per RESPO/REC Drg with making of earth pit of 300x300 mm & 1 feet deep with Cover.(All materials to be provided by Contractor). 62 Neutral Stand : Fabrication and grouting (1:4:8) of MS Angle 75x75x6mm in L Shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support through GI earthing strips (50x6)mm size for power transformer neutral including supply & fixing of flexible copper bonds for neutral earthing as per RESPO Drg.(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor). 63 Cable Stand : Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of MS channel 100x50mm, 3.0 mtr. long joined to each other by means of 5 no. MS Flat 50x6mm pieces of size 150mm long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in block of size 300x300x700mm (1:4:8) complete. This includes providing of required MS Clamp made of MS Flat holding the cable including nuts & bolts and fixing of XLPE cable. 64 Stringing, Jumpering and Connections: Stringing and Stranthing of Existing 33KV Bus Bar using of ACSR Panther Conductor and making vertical/Horizontal jumper connection and connecting all the equipments with each other through PG clamps/clamps. Work includes all the jump ring from terminal gantry to Bus Bar and from Bus Bar to Transformer (1no. T/f bays)(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor). 65 Installation of Switchgears in Control Room: Shifting carefully & safely 11KV Incoming andOutgoing switchgears from outside of the switchgear room, including grouting the two no. 100x50x6mm channel pieces (each 800 mm long including cutting to size) and foundation bolts in 1:2:4 CC(including cutting of CC of the floor and finishing of floor) as per direction of Engineer incharge, placing and fixing of switchgear on foundation providing G.I. Nuts & of proper size in proper position and alignment and checking, complete work with mounting of P.T. incoming S/G with proper testing & commissioning of switchgear. 66 Fixing and making Bus Bar connections in between all switchgears after cleaning and tapping with H.T. Tape, empire tape and PVC tape properly, providing and fixing of 6 mm thick Bakelite separators and plugging of all opening & holes with plastic compound complete work as per satisfaction of site incharge For all Five Substation. 67 Shifting carefully and installation of 33KV Single Transformer Control Panel in Control Room including fixing, bolting & grouting of above as per requared and testing, commisioning satisfaction of site incharge. 68 Installation of Isolators: Assembling and installation of line/ bus isolator on the isolator structure adjusting of opening mechanis in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same. In case of line isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication & proper connection with earthmat by G.I. erth strip 50x6mmfor proper flexing if required. 69 Installation of P.I.: Assembling, installation & mounting of 3 No. Post insulator on the P.I. Structure/complete with making earth connections (separate) and line connections. The work includes fabrication for fixing if required. 70 Installation of CT: Installation of 3 No.(1 set) CT on the CT Structure along with CT Junction Box. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing of C.T.Ifrequired and proper commissioning & testing. 71 Installation of VCB: Installation of 33KV VCB complete work including commissioning & testing. 72 Installation of Lightening Arrestors : Assembling, installation & mounting of 3 No.(1set) L.A.on the L.A Structure/complete with making earth connections (separate) with GI Strip 50x6mm. Erection of supports by providing stone pad, fixing all clamps and other accessories such as No. Plate, Danger Board, Barbed Wire (2Kg.), Painting etc. as per relevant RESPO/ RES. drawing . This includes any fabrication, if required.(b) Grouting of above supports with cement, concrete (CC will be of cement coarse sand & brick ballast) Grouting will be done with the help of wooden/steel formers in a block of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 1/6 of the full length of the support in the CC 1:4:8 ratio as per RESPO/ RES. drawing including back filling and proper ramming.(c) Making of plinth of STP 300 mm, dia & 300 mm above ground level in CC of 1:4:8 & plastering of the same with 12 mm thick plaster of cement & sand in 1:4 ratio.(d) Earthing of supports with Earth Electrode 2.5 mtr. length including excavation of pit and driving M.S.
