Repair and maintenance of Air handling unit installed for air conditioning of Surgery OT of GMCH by shutting the water supply to the unit by closing Butterfly Valves anddismounting of blower assembly along with 10 HP motor and carriage to workshop for its repairs/ strengthening. Replacement of damaged Impeller by Providing and fitting of new Impeller and 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets. The job further involves rewinding of the motor with specified copper wire and replacement of its both bearing as per sample and thenback carriage to GMCH Hospital, reassembling/mountingof the blower assembly and motor and also includesreplacement of both pulleys and V beltsand08 No’s Prefilters in place of damaged ones. Then making the connections of the unit and taking trial on full load .The job includeslaying of drainage line from the AHU to the nearest main drain by Providing and fitting of PVC pipe 32 mm dia 35 ft , 6 elbows,8 sockets and joining adhesive etc. The job also includes repair of control panel of AHU byreplacement of 63 Ampere MCCB- 01 No, ON OFF push Button-01 set along with 25 mm dia 4 core damaged cable 40 metres. The job also includes replacement of rusted/wornout 4”dia MS chiller insulated pipe line 16.5 metres. along with thermocol and Aluminium insulation .Complete job includes the cost of cost of material, taxes andlabour charges, transportation charges etc.
