    Tender For Shifting And Reinstallation With Plant For Following Equipment - 1. Batch Pasteurizer 500Ltr. 2. Ageing tank 3. Retort Scope of work Shifting & installation of one Ageing tank(2KL) & one Batch Pasteurizer (500Ltr.) as follows. 1. Shifting of Ageing tank from Product plant to ice-cream mix plant. 2. Installation of Ageing tank with pipe line fittings. 3. Installation of One Batch Pasteurizer in Ice-cream mix plant. 4. Erection of SS pipe line fittings 38mm 20 MTR 5. Erection of SS 3 way valve 06 nos. 6. Erection of steam line & its insulation 10 MTR 7. Erection of Chilled water line & its insulation -10 MTR. 8. Installation of SS pump for product transfer. 9. Shifting of Electrical panel to make space for Batch Pasteurizer. Details scope of work for shifting, reinstallation & commissioning of Retort machine: 1. Dismantling of all utility line (cooling tower line & steam line) of Retort machine. 2. PHE, hot water generation system & HMI dismantling, shifting & installation at new area. 3. Shifting of Retort machine & its installation with HMI system. 4. Shifting of all filling machine towards East by 7 feet to make space for Retort Machine. 5. After shifting of all aforesaid equipments, their commissioning with product trial.
