Unnao, Site-1 - Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.For 0.- 1.5M 2 Item same as above but For 1.5 - 3.0M 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centerin and shuttering - all work up to plnth level 4 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of foundation, footingg, base of columns etc for mass concrete 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of Walls (any thickness) including attached pllasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of suspended floors, roofs, landing, balconies and access platform 8 Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo-mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more 9 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 Im and lift upto 1.5 m. 10 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, durocem, roblance, guttucem, supercem quality and of required shade on under coated wall surface (one coat) over and including one coat white cement primer to give and even shade after throughly after brushing the surface. 11 Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centerin and shuttering - all work up to plnth level 12 Plain cement concrete with 2 cm. gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 13 Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of dismantled material as directed by Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet)
