(200 feet) As per SCH PWD SOR No. 662 2 Earth work in excavation of Foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, construction of shoring and dressing, removal of slumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material as per MORD specification no. 304 3 Grannular Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification (GSB) 4 Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed placed in foundation & compacted by vibration including curring for 14 days.(M-15) 5 RCC Grade M30 in open foundation completeas per drawing & technical specification 6 Supplying, fixing, placing HYSD bar reinforcement complete in foundation as per drawing and technical specification 7 Provision of Weep holes with 90mm dia polimer pipes fixed at and required/ angle of 45 degree As per SORChapter -1 Material Sr no. 17 Extra Item no (32) 8 RCC Grade M35 in open foundation completeas per drawing & technical specification 9 Boulder Pitching Work over Side Slope of Approach 10 Earth work in cutting or inembankment in ordinary Soil Excavation to be in the form of regular pit not Exceeding 0.50 meter in depth and earthwork in Embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including Ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes including lift up to 1.5 meter and Lead up to 300.00 meter as per SOR Chapter no. 4 SCH PWD item no 251 11 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 12 Providing, laying and spreading Material on prepared sub grade, adding cement @2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the deisred unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base. 13 Providing, laying and spreading Material on prepared sub grade, adding cement @4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the deisred unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base/sub baseClause 405. 14 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 15 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and gradesas per Technical Specification Clause 508. 16 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C,as per Technical Specification Clause 510
