Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/L of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in M20 design mix using 20mm down size Cement Concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/ basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.

Providing 12 mm rough cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint on old wooden work of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and grouting tile joints, Cutting the tile joints with the help of cutting machine (width 3mm-6mm) and filling with of matching shade, using three component Epoxy based tile joint filler, non-sag waterproof grout, chemical and UV resistance, Pot life ≤ 60 mins, VOC (EPA 24) < 8gm/kg and water absorption after 7 days < 0.5g Joints shall be clean, dry, free from dirt, etc prior to application. Apply tile grout using a rubber trowel/grout floater, press firmly into joints, ensure complete fill and remove excess grout from surface using suitable method. The work shall be carried out as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face un plasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 100 mm diameter.
