Load center shall have supporting frame and canopy. Load center shall be suitable for bottom cable entry. Vendor shall submit detailed drawing of load center for approval. |
| 8 | Installation of LT load center-1. The scope of work includes joining different modules/ compartments /frames /canopy andfixing the load center on floor using anchor bolt or concreting. Materials for PCC and Anchor bolts for installation shall be arranged by the contractor. |
| 9 | Supply of LT load center-2. The scope of work includes supply of Thermoplastic load center suitable for the load and cable details specified in the attached Annexure-1. Load center shall have supporting frame and canopy. Load center shall be suitable for bottom cable entry. Vendor shall submit detailed drawing of load center for approval. |
| 10 | Installation of LT load center-2. The scope of work includes joining different modules /compartments /frames /canopy, fixing the load center on floor using anchor bolt/concreting, disconnection of cables from existing MS load center and connecting to the new load center, dismantling of MS load center and transportation to scrap yard is in contractor\"s scope. Materials for PCC, Anchor bolts, cable glands and cable lugs for installation and commissioning shall be arranged by the contractor. |
| 11 | Supply of GI pipe. The scope of work includes supply of Class B GI pipe of diameter 100mm and minimum thickness 4mm. |
| 12 | Earth excavation. The scope of work includesbreaking PCC floor, Tar road, excavation (size width-500mm, Depth-500mm), dewatering, removal of sand, inserting GI pipe of diameter 100mm, welding GI pipe joints, back filling with sand and concreting. Necessary cable marker plates made out of Cast iron shall be fixed at both ends of cable excavated area and at all bends along the route of buried cable trench at central line of the trench. Voltage rating of the cables shall be engraved on the marker plates.Materials for PCC and concrete breaker required for successful completion of the work shall be arranged by the contractor. GI pipe will be supplied by FACT. |
| 13 | Fabrication, painting and erection of MS cable tray supports. The scope of work includes fabrication, painting and erection of MS cable tray supports using 50x50x6mm MS angles and 50x6 mm MS flat. Loading of MS items from general stores, transportation and unloading at site, safe custody etc. is in contractor’s scope. The fabricated cable tray supports shall be fixed to concrete/brick structuresusing anchor bolts. MS angle and flat for the work will be supplied by FACT at free of cost. The cable tray support shall be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive epoxy paint (grey colour) over two coats of suitable primer.Anchor bolts, epoxy paint and primer required for successful completion of the work shall be arranged by the contractor. |
| 14 | Installation of FRP cable tray. The scope of work includes installation of 450mm(W)x100mm(H) FRP cable tray on MS cable tray supports. Cutting, drilling holes in MS supports/FRP cable tray, fixing the tray on MS support is in contractor\"s scope.\"SS\" bolt, nut, washers required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor. FRP tray will be supplied by FACT. |
| 15 | Laying 3.5Cx300 Sq.mm, Aluminium power cable. The scope of work includesloading/unloading, transportation, handling at site and laying of new LT, 3.5Cx300 Sq.mm, armoured cable. Cable shall be laid through cable trenches, risers, walls and GI pipes. Clamping/tying of the cable at regular interval of 500 mm shall be done. Cables shall be tied in tray using 3 mm nylon rope. Aluminium clamps (2mm thick), PVC fishers, SS screws, nylon rope and all other items required for the successful completion of the work shall be arranged by the contractor. LT,3.5Cx300Sq.mm cable will be supplied by FACT. |

ELCB Box shall be compatible for hard environmental application. Provision for connecting 3.5Cx50 Sq.mm Aluminium power cable and 2 number 1Cx16 Sq.mm Aluminium earth cable shall be provided. |
| 26 | Supply and installation of FRP/Thermoplastic ELCB enclosure. The scope of work includes supply and installation of FRP/Thermoplastic ELCB box with 32A, 30mA, 4 pole ELCB. ELCB Box shall be compatible for hard environmental application. Provision for connecting 3.5Cx16 Sq.mm Aluminium power cable and 2 number 1Cx16 Sq.mm Aluminium earth cable shall be provided. |
| 27 | Erection, testing and commissioning of earth pits. The scope of work includes supply of pipe electrode and accessories confirming to IS 3043, breaking PCC floor, excavation of pit, dewatering the excavated pit if required, installing new pipe electrode and accessories, leveling the base of inspection chamber, concreting inspection chamber base, construction of inspection chamber with provision for earth cables entry, refilling with charcoal, salt & sand, covering the chamber with CI plate. The scope of work also includes materials for PCC and all other items required for completion of the work. Breaking of PCC floor if required will be in contractor\"s scope. Necessary breaker and other tools etc. shall be arranged by the contractor. Sample diagram of Pipe electrode earthing is attached as Annexure-2. Earth pit resistance shall be measured and test report shall be submitted. |
