tender for So For Ccr Psa Adsorbent Replacement-CCR PSA Adsorbent Replacement:The scope of job includes:100% replacement of adsorbent on all 6 vessels of CCR PSA (74C201/20 203/204/205/206) and vessels will be handed over for replacement of absorbent at a time. Agency to mobilize for taking up adsorbent placement job in 2 vessels simultaneously.Rate payable: Rate of this Lumpsum Job includes one-time mobilization & demobilizati and to carry out adsorbent replacement jobs in all 6 PSA vesselsIn case of only partial number of vessels are released for th adsorbent replacement jobs by HPCL, then payment shall be made as follows: 0.22+0.13*(N), where N is the number of vessels on whic adsorbent replacement done.For further details refer Job Scope Annexure, arges towards Additional Mob & De-Mob:In the event where agency is advised to mobilize their resources for catalyst replacement, nd subsequently, after the completion of all mobilization activities, the job is deferred due to various reasons not attributable to he agency, charges towards Mob & De-Mob will be paid under this line item, subject to submission of following documents.Rate p able: Lumpsum for each additional Mob & De-MobNotes:This line item is also operated in case HPCL advised agency to re-mobili for carrying the remaining vessels adsorbent replacement jobs (if any), then the mobilization and de-mobilization charges shall be id as per this line item. For adsorbent replacement jobs, payment will be made as per line item 10 as applicable for number of vesse job done (i.e 0.13*N of line item 10)For further details refer Job Scope Annexure, talyst skimming Jobs:Carry out catalyst (inert balls and catalyst) sieving as per attached technical advisory.Rate payable: r cubic meter of catalyst sieved.For further details refer Job Scope Annexure, ternal inspection:PSA internal inspection: This item shall be operated only at the advice of HPCL.1. Provide internal access w h scaffolding and ladders for internal inspection. HPCL shall arrange manpower to carry out UTG of the shell. Co-ordinate with UTG c w for smooth completion of job.2. Carry out WFMPI of all the C & L seam intersection weld portion (T-sections).3. Carry out UFDT f all nozzle welds, including manway welds.4. Remove the scaffolding after inspections clearance.Rate Payable: Lumpsum for th above job scope for each vessel.Weightage for scaffolding & de-staging, cleaning & visual inspection, DPT test and other NDTs as er above scope is 25%, 25%, 20% and 30% respectively.
