Cement concrete (1:2:4) bed blocks, sills and coping etc.

High strength deformed bars reinforcement (brought by the Contractor). (Grade Fe-415)

Structural steel work with two coats of `B\" Class enamel paint over a coat of primer. The weight of welding shall not be measured (Brought by the Contractor)

Structural steel work including welding etc. (only structural steel shall be supplied by the Undertaking at site in random lengths, all other materials etc. required for work shall be arranged by thecontractor)

Sand faced cement plaster (in two coats) for replastering.

Waterproof cement paint two coats over a coat of cement primer to be applied as per manufacturer\"s specifications (Using `SNOWCEM PLUS\".)

Providing & fixing semi corrugated Galvalume (PPGL-comax1000 or equivalent) walling/cladding including self tapping screws with rubber washer

610 mm dia Razor Tape Concertina coil fencing as per `Special Specifications\".

Galvanised iron Chain link fixed to the existing M S frame work with necessary welding / bolting asdirected by the Engineer and finishing with two coats of `B\" Class enamel paint over a coat of Metal primer.

Removing the existing plaster of any finish and of any thickness from walls, ceilings, terrace parapet wall internally and external plaster upto 3.0 M height from ground.

Removing any type of fencings and handing over to the Undertaking at site of work

Breaking plain or reinforced cement concreteincluding stacking serviceable materials neatly and carting away debries out of the undertaking\"s premises
