Supplying, Fixing, Testing and commissioning of motorized Fire dampers confirming to following specifications in supply air duct/main branch as and where required of required size i/c control wiring, the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per technical specifications.a)Fire dampers shall be multi blade louvers type. The blade should remain in the air stream in open position & shall allow maximum free area to reduce pressure drop & noise in the air passage. The blades and frame shall be constructed with minimum 1.6mm thick galvanised sheet & shall be factory fitted in a sleeve made out ofgalvanised sheet of minimum 400mm long. It shall be complete with locking device, motorised actuator & control panel.b) Fire dampers shall be motorised smoke & fire type. It shall be supplied with spring loaded UL stamped fusible link/suitable mechanism to close fire damper in the event of rise in duct temperature. Fire damper shall also close on receipt of fire alarm signal to cut off air supply instantaneously.An electric limit switch shall also be operated by the closing of fire damper, which in turn shall switch off power supply to AHU blower motor as well as strip heaters.c) Fire dampers shall be CBRI tested & certified for 90 minutes rating against collapse & flame penetration as per UL 555-1995.(Under writers laboratories)

Dismantling of existing manual damper from supply air duct / AHU wall i/c modification of existing opening to suit the dimension of new damper, mounting flanges (if any), nuts bolts etc complete as per site requirement.

Supply & Laying of 2C x 1.5 sqmm fire alarm armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conducter having XLPE insulation, steel wire armouring & FRLS outer sheath complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of addressable Fire Control module in suitable MS/ABS enclosure suitable for integrating the services such as AHUs, elevators etc with existing Fire Alarm Panel of Siemens Make complete as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing & commissioning of Response indicator on surface/recess MS box having two LEDs metallic cover complete with all connections etc. as required.

Programming, testing, & commissioning of Siemens Make Fire Alarm Panel (Model No: FC 2040) by engaging OEM/authorized dealer for integrating the services such as AHUs, elevators etc with the existing system.

Providing and fixing network graphics card suitable for Notifier Make Fire Alarm Panel (Model No: NFS 320) for integrating with the exisiting Notifier Fire Alarmpanel with Graphics software (Model No: NFS 3030D)i/c Programming, testing & commissioning etc by engaging OEM/authorized dealer

Supply and fixing of LAN/Telephone based Auto dialler i/c programming upto Five Mobile number/Telephone numbers, integration with existing fire alarm panel (Seimens/Notifier) etc complete as required.

Supply of following portable type fire extinguishers(fully charged) confirming to IS 15683:2018 (Latest ammendments) i/c all accessories, wall mounting brackets etc complete as required as per technical specifications.
