| 6 | M&L for application of top wearing coat with the properties of Anti-skid, oil resistant, flexible & UV resistant coating system with the following laying methodology :- a)Application of two component Epoxy primer Notoprime 30 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the Levelcrete surface by using sponge based epoxy roller followed by sprinkling of anti-slip grain No.2 of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE on the primed surface on wet condition for skid resistant and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours.b) Application of two component prepacked protective system of Traffic guard Intermediate coat of Fosroc make or make as approved by GE mixed with mechanical mixer and applied on the anti-skid surface by using sponge based epoxy roller and allow it to dry for 16-24 hours. |

| 11 | Supply only mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Dismantling structural steel work of any descriptioncomplete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | S & F for rolled mild steel plain or chequered plates confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165welded, riveted, boltedattachment to supporting structure of capstan, duct covers, valve pit access platform and working in a confined area including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | S & F structural steel framed work such as angle, channel, I beams, etc cut to shape, including bending and welding angles as necessary confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of duct covers, platforms (0 to -3m level) and capstan,ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, nosing angle and similar works; including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:1 1/2 :3 type A0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | M & L for preparation of new steel or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying the following paints on the prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed.(a) 1 coat of Primer (Zinc Chrome primer) (1 x 50 micron dry film thickness (dft).(b) 2 coats of A/C (Anti-corrosive paint) (2 x 150 micron dry film thickness (dft).(c) 2 coats of coal tar epoxy paint (2 x 125 micron dry film thickness (dft). |
| 16 | M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) angular and grill supports with SS pipes for railings and ladders like made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature wherever required and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts & bolts, dash fasteners of required size on the top of floor or side of wall with suitable arrangements complete all as specified and directed. |
