Overhauling of different type of motor installed in 6 KL oil centrifuging machine make nirmal filter. The work included proper greasing, oiling, and coupling repair.

Overhauling of control panel and electric connectivity of electrical machinery installed in 6 KL oil centrifuging machine make nirmal filter. Replacement of any fault found in electric circuit and feedback of sensor installed in machine.

Repairing of 4 number rubber tyre with inserting new air tube inside the tyre, repair Black Iron Kamani Patta (leaf spring), repair of 4 no thread jack, breaker system of centrifuging machine .

Repair of gate with inserting lock , open- closing mechanism, door closer, inserting new sealing tape of centrifuging machine

Supply and fixing of 95 sqr mm 4 core 3 mtr copper cable withchange over box having capacity 200 amp , cable should be pressed with proper lug punching in one end in control pane and change over box . Copper wire, change over box should be standard make .

supplying and installation of oil inlet , oil outlet dummy valve that can connect to oil rubber pipe line , making oil suction 2 inch pipe that can insert to oil drum for refilling of oil in machine as per requirement .

spray painting of outer surface of centrifuging machine with industrial grey colour .
