All kind od soil.( DSR 2.8.1) 2 Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compaction with vibrator power roller to achive the desired density complete as per clause 401 Grade 1 & Grade -2 3 Providing and laying in posotion cement concrete of specifiedgrade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All workup to plinth level.1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand {zone-III} : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)( DSR 4.1.8) 4 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) ( DSR 5.1.2) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.( DSR 5.9.1) 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. ( DSR 5.9.2) 7 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforcedbrickwork(whennot wroughttoincludedin overallrates)wroughttorequiredshapeas necessary including bending forproper completionof thework and includingsupplyofsteelitswastagebendhooksand authorizedoverlappingshallbemeasureduptofloortwo level. as per S.I. No. 504. 8 Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as perapproved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per directionof Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum.
