Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavatedearth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work, in foundation and floors.

M-150 brick work in 1:4 (one cement and four coarse sand sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar infoundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

12mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for exterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or roundedangles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive. (1) 1 cement : 3 fine sand.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
