4बोली दाता आवेदन में अंकित जिलों में हैण्डलिंग कार्य के लिए सम्बन्धित समिति भाग के कार्य :-जिन्स की तुलाई, कांटे से उतराई, रंग मार्को अथवा टैग, मशीन से सिलाई, एक में लोडिग करना इत्यादि कार्य निष्पादित करने होंगे। बिड में प्राप्त दरे तथा खरीद केन्द्र से सम्बन्धित राजकीय कृषि उपज मही समिति की दर जो भी कम हो, वही दर मान्य होगी अर्थात् बिड में प्राप्त दर तथा सम्बन्धित राजकीय कृषि उपज मंडी की निर्धारित दर दोनों में जो भी दर कम हो वह दर मान्य होगी।
