Tender For Improvement Of Intersection On Fng Road Near Sector-119, 122, Noida. - Demolishing cement concrete manually/ mechanical means and incluiding disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Normal 1:3:6 or richer Mix. 2 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.15.7.4 - In cement mortar 3 Demolishing R.C.C work manually/ by mechanical means incluiding stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. 4 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m,and lift upto1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. : All kinds of soil. (C.R.) The Contractor has to detect Different utilities like sewer line, water Supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in- Charge(CR). 5 Filling available excavated earth (excluiding rock) in trenches, plinth , sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering , lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5m 6 Earth work embankment in ordinary soil embankmentto be in 20cm Layers including ramming, dressing, the surface to required levelswith ½ tonne steel or woodenrammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 to 10 tonnes capacityand including 1.5 m lift and all lead. Earth shall be brought from a place which including cartage of earth by mechanical transport and T& P , Labour etc. required for proper completion. Earth shall be Arranged by the contractor at his own cost 7 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable , dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means incluiding loading transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Beyound 50 m initial lead, for all leads incluiding all lifts involved. 8 Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulder with approved obtained from right of way all lifts & leads , transporting to site ,spreading ,grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table no. 300-2 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -all work upto plinth level 1:4:8(1cement :4 course sand (zone III ):8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ). 10 By Mix in Place Method Well graded Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. MORT&H Specification 401 Sr No 4.1 11 Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 12 Prime Coat over WBm/WMM, Providing and applying Primewith SS1 grade bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg per sqm using mechanical means. 13 (Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading 2 )Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as percomplete in all respects. 14 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 incluiding heating the bitumen, sraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray uint fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg/sqm. 15 Bituminous Concrete Grading 2 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per complete in all respects 16 Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface.Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. 17 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Wall any thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string course etc. 18 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 19 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform 20 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 21 Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impaining strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note Cement content considered in this item is @ 330kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved Uy Engineer-In-charge). 24 Providing and laying factory made chamferededge Cement Concrete Paver Blocks in Footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking etc, of required strenght, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra san. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 80mm thick c.c. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color and design. 25 Brick work with common burnt clayF .P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in : cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) 26 12mm Cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand) 27 Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boardmade up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens tyoe heat activatedretro reflective sheeting conforming to type- III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC :67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substratre by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300mmcentre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, incluiding the cost of painting with Two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet incluiding appropriate priming coat. Pipes 40 mm dia and 450mm long with 150x150x6mm M.S. plate welded at bottom and embedded 150mm in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including necessary excavation of size 250x250x450mm deep for the same in bitumen/ concrete pavement at specified spacing. 33 Providing and laying Mastic Wearing course ( as per specifications ) with Industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, Incluiding providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grainedhard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4mm over mastic surface, Incluiding cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. All complete. ( Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification ) 40mm thick 34 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, incluiding removal of rubbish etc, disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
