Hiring of Tempo of make Tata, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Ashok Leyland or equivalent having minimum pay load capacity of 625 kg with the Hydraulic Jack along with driver all including tools petrol CNG gas/fuel,mobile oil etc required for its running. All damages tear and wear punishment; challan due to violence to traffic rules shall be borne by the agency himself. The tempo should be in good condition and up to date documents like PUC certificate, insurance etc. should be maintained by the owner of the truck which shall be required along with all permission of carrying all types of building materials, malba and rubbish etc, anywhere and anytime in NDMC area or outside the NDMC area at any time as directed by Engineer in-charge. The tempo should be sent as and when required at least for 8 working hours per day and upto 60 km running per day or as per requirement of department. The work will be accomplished as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in-charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
