Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mecahnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, liying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/base course on well perpared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (as per Clause 406)

Providing and applying Primer coat with Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base. Including cleanning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 kg./sqm. Using mechanical means. (as per MORTH Specification - 502)

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 Bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per square metres on the prepared bitumenous /granuler surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (as per MORTH Specification - 503)

Bituminous Macadam (Grade-II) providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average of 75 tonnes per hour, using specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder@ 3.3% mix to work at site as per MORT&H specification-501.6 & 501.7 complete in all respects.Unit=cumTaking Output = 205 cum (450 tonne)

Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete (Using Waste Plastic) providing and laying Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing ab average of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder@ 5.0% mix to work at site as per MORT&H specification-508 complete in all respects. (Reducing Bituminous Quanity by 8% and replacing it by Plastic waste as per IRC: SP: 98-2013) Unit=cumTaking Output = 195 cum (450 tonne)

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
