As per Technical specification clause 301.5 2 G.S.B.(Granular sub base) for filling in rain cut trenches as per drawing and technical specification 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 45-63mm.to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compating to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD data book. compacted thickness 7.50 cm. 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 22-4-53mm to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compating to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD data book.Compacted thickness 7.50 cm. 5 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/ sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORD data book. 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (V.G.10)using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machanical broom as per 503 of MORD data book 7 Providing and applying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penitation grade bitumen or emulsion to require line grade and level to serve as vearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity finished to required level and grates to be followde by seal coat or either as per Technical Specification Clause 508 8 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenus surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 9 Constn. OfPatri with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leas, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 & 300.2 with lead upto 1000m. As per Technical specification clause 301.5(By carted earth) 10 Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. 11 Plain cement concrete M25 mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. 12 Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. 13 Struck cement pointing in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar complete in all respect.As per MORT&H 13.2-1300 &2200 14 Providing and erecting a W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811 15 Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger si 16 Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulder weighing not less than 40kg. Each complete as per drawing and technical specification. 17 Finishing walls with water proof cement paint. New work two or more coat applied @ 3.84/10sqm. DSR 13.44.1 (2023) 18 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over alluminium sheeting 1.5mm. Thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm. X 75mmx6mm. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60cm. below ground level as per approved drawing.
