| 2 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. |
| 3 | Demolishing and removing old cement plaster and disposal of the debris at places pointed out within a distance of 150M. |
| 4 | Chipping and removing portions of existing RCC work carefully without damaging the remaining structure and removing the debris at places pointed outwithin a distance of 150M and reclaiming the steel reinforcement and stacking the same at places as per instructions. |
| 5 | Cleaning the exposed surfaces of reinforcement bars embedded in the concrete at different heights with wire brush and applying two coats of epoxy zinc rich primer equivalent to Nitozinc primer as per instruction ( Payment will be made only for the treated surface area of reinforcement bars.) |
| 6 | Supplying of epoxy resin bonding agent Nitobond EP of FOSROC/ MasterBrace 1414 of Master Builders/ Sikadur-38 IN of Sika or equivalent for applying to concrete at site. |
| 7 | Supplying of latex based multipurpose polymer SikaLatex® Power of Sika / Nitobond® SBR(Latex) of FOSROC or equivalent for adding to mortar at site. |
| 8 | Supplying Portland pozzolana cement (PPC) of grade 53 conforming to IS1489 part-1 in 50 kg bags |
| 9 | Cement plastering with CM 1:3,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,excluding cost of cement. |
| 10 | Cleaning and applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture, havingVOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre on all surface. |
| 11 | Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour,One coat - of exterior grade. |
| 12 | Apply two coats of High Performance Moisture Compatible Corrosion Resistant Coating on the interior surface of concrete cooling tower / effluent treatment plant basin, etc. with \"SMARTCARE APCOREP Kcretecoat\" of Asian paints or equivalent, including cleaning, cost of material, scaffolding charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc. at all heights. Complete as per departmental instructions at site. |
