Cleaning of all Air conditioning ducts internally by NADCA/NEBB/ISO-14001/ISO 9001:2015 Certified Agency only, with skilled personnel with specialized latest Robotic technology equipment and Vacuum machines. A Robotic Camera to be used for inspection and cleaning. Contractor has to provide access in duct opening for present and future cleaning requirement and sealing the same after cleaning to avoid air leakage. The contractor shall give copy of the video footage in soft copy before and after cleaning of ducts. Upon completion a cleaning certificate will be issued within 10-15 days, valid for 12 Months. Measured area shall be conditioned area.

Note:-1. The Agency has to submit police verification record & ID proof of each staff.2. The firm shall provide each staff with working cell phone.3. The staff may be deputed for duty as per instruction of concerned SDE (E)/JTO (E).4. Penalty shall be imposed in case of absence of any staff as per T & C of contract.5.The Estimated Rates are inclusive of GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes as applicable & Freight Charges (Unloading & Stacking) etc., the contractor shall quote accordingly.6. Before execution of work the Agency has to submit the Certificate regarding man power engaged for the work is NADCA/NEBB/ISO-14001/ISO 9001:2015 certified.7. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit.8. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services.9. The FF & packing amount quoted shall not be subject to change after bid evaluation /ordering on account of change of copper, lead base price, change in duties & taxes of item etc.10. Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers.11. Evaluation of bids: - The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. exclusive of GST.Declaration by Bidder1.We hereby declare that in quoting the above prices, we have taken into account the entire credit on inputs available under the GST Act introduced w.e.f. 1 July 2017 and further extended on more items till date.2.
