    Additional work of Repair and renovation of toilets in all rooms including dismantling, plaster work , painting and applying waterproofing layer on adjacent toilet walls of Block-A at (Banga Bhawan II), 2, Pt. Uma Shankar Dikshit Marg, chanakyapuri, New Delhi - 110021 during the year 2024-25. -1 1) Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directedwithin a lead of 75 m. Ground Floor 1.2 First Floor 1.3 Second Floor 1.4 Third Floor 2 125mm thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement morter (1:4)in ground floor F-Floor 2.2 S-Floor 2.3 T-Floor 3 with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chippingover concrete surface] (ii) with 1:4 cement morter, (b) 15mm thicl plaster First Floor 3.2 Second Floor 3.3 Third Floor 4 (b) Applying 2 coats of Non-Toxic Acrylic Polymer modified Paint having adhesive & waterproofing properties by mixing in proportion (1 liquid: 4 cementitious material) or as per manufacturers specification for water proofing layer in water tank etc. (No Departmental Cement is required)a) In ground floor including roof.a) In ground floor including roof.
