Tender For Maintenance And Supply Of Fixing Of Submersible Motor Pumpset To Anaimalai Head Works For Chinnappampalayam, Odayakulam And Kuppuchipudur Hamlets; 1 Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.SS 20 B 2 Supply and delivery of 150MM GIpipes as per IS Specificationincluding loading, unloading, freight stacking, conveyance to the work site etc., complete 3 Lowering the150MMGIi pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment as per standard specifications 4 Refilling with excavated earth other than sandincluding all cost and conveyance of material and labour charges etc complete 5 Supply and delivery of DI D/F Gate sluice valves (soft seated) resilient seated soft sealing Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with body Bonnet of Ductile cast iron ofGrade GGG 40 or equivalent grade, Wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM replaceable spindle nut without gland packing and with 3 O Ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be of Vacuum tight and100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/ISI 4846-2000/DIN 3202 F4. All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and out side with pocket less straight through body passage. All the valves are to be compatible for buried application with pressure rating PN 10/16 and DUCTILE IRON SPECIALS AS PER IS 9523/2000 including unloading ,transporation and stacking charges (Vide Annexures )DI 100 mm D/F Gate valve in D Mains :Supply and Delivery and fixing of DI D/F Gate Valve including DI Specials and labour charges transpotation charges etc., completed. 6 Supply ofsubmersible pumpset suitable for Openwell with ISI mark IS 8034 without Panel board with 2000 LPM x 100mts Head including cost and conveyance of all other labour and material charges to site etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 7 Supply of 20 H.P 3 Phase ISI Panel board - Star Delta with Two level Guard and Auto Start, the Panel board should be provided as per spcification given in Board circular No: 23/DCE/QATA/2004 Dt.23.08.2004 including cost and conveyance of all labour charges. 8 Supply of PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core 6 Square mm flat type copper cable conforming to IS 694/1990 including cost and conveyance of all other labour and material charges to site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
