Tender For Construction work of asphalt road at Ward No. 06, Lot-31 - Labour charges for site clearance i/e all comp. 2 Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tipers. Trimming botton and side slopers, in accordance with reuirements of line, grades and cross sections, and transproting to the embankment location within all lifts and led upto 1km 3 Providing, laying and spreading soil on a prepared sub grade. Pulbeising adding the designedquantity of cement @2% to the spread soil. Mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to from a layer of sub base/base. 4 Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade. Pulerising, adding the designed quantity of cemen@4% to the spread soil, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive stength and to form a layer of sub-base/base. 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distrubutor at the rate of 0.200 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 6 Providing and layingdense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using curshed aggregates of specified grading prermixed with bitumiuous brider (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight to total mix and filler. Transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling woth smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause no. 505 complete in all respects. 7 Providing and applying hot applied themo plastic compound 2.5 thick including reflectorising glass beades @250 gm/sqm area thickness of 15mm in excusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. clause 803 of MoRTH. 8 c/o HP Cluvert 9 c/o 1.50 mtr height retaining wall. 10 Supply & fixing of signboard i/c all comp. 11 E/work in excavation in fondation in mixedsoil i/e Disposal of surplus earth 3 km distance.
