Scope of Work • Pickup and delivery of packages from specified locations. • Customs clearance and documentation handling. • Real-time tracking of shipments. • Insurance options for high-value items. • Customer support for inquiries and issues. 2. Deliverables The following deliverables are expected: • Scheduled pickups as per client requests. • Delivery of packages within agreed timelines. • Weekly reports on shipment status and performance metrics. • Documentation for customs clearance. 3. Service Lock in Period: for 2 Years Lock in Period 2 Years with vendor • Please Finalized contracts rate for 2 Years for Service Period of CY25 & CY26. • We will provide next year only amendment the SPR value for extension contract in WO for processing the bills. Advantage: - We will be reducing 3 Months Contracts Processing time for rate finalization. We will receive budget CY 25 & CY 26 accordingly amendment the SPR in SAP system. 4. Acceptance Criteria The project will be considered successful if: • All packages are delivered within the agreed timelines. • Customer satisfaction ratings meet or exceed [Insert percentage]. • All documentation is handled without errors. 6. Documents & Material Damages/missing Clause: • If any documents & Material missing or damaged during transit then all the responsibility in vendor scope, and we will recover the missing / damage cost from vendor.
