Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (For PC). Excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregatesusing Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.Excluding GST.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. ExcludingGST.

SCHEDULE - “C”The materials shall be issued to the contractor as following:-S. No. Name of Material Unit Rate of Bitumen P/MT at which Place of issue deduction shall be made (Rate in Rs.)1 Bitumen VG-10MT 54600.00 P.D., P.W.D. Store at MainpuriConditions:-1- There shall have no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason.2- The unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill.3- Contractor have to return empty bitumen drums/emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., Rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill.4- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2500 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2500 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period.
