Taking out 150TR screw compressor of make Voltas from chiller plant site at tech area at AF stn Naliya to authorised workshop of original manufacturer for repair and back after repair including loading, unloading (refixing after overhauling), testing etc. and commissioning etc., complete all as per manufacturer\"s instruction and as directed.

Evacuation of Refrigerant from 150TR Screw compressor, Dismantle the compressor, Rewinding & Varnishing of Motor winding of compressor, Grinding/Buffing of both Screw Rotors of compressors, Replacement of all Bearings, Replacement of \"O\" Rings, Gasket & Other spares, Replacement of suct filter, Oil filter & Other spares, Chemical cleaning of Compressor body, Replacement of Lubricating oil (05 USG), pressure testing, Vaccumizing & Recommisioning of chiller, Replacement of Catch, All core filters, Reinstallation of Compressor, testing and commisionig etc. in addition to (i) Rewinding of Condenser Fan Motor - 10 Nos (ii) Supply & Replacement of elect contactor 3TF51 - 01 Nos (iii) Replacement of Movable Elect Contact kit of 3TF51 Contactor 01. Nos (iv) Replacement of Movable Elect Contact kit of 3TF54 Contactor 01 set (v) Temperature sensor 2 Nos (vi) Recommissioning of chiller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes:-(i) All the parts being replaced shall be of the same make as that of the original manufacturer.(ii) Work shall be got executed through authorised dealer of the original manufacturer.(iii) It will be responsibility of the contractor to make compressor functional.(iv) Guarantee of 05 years shall be submitted by the contractor for the compressor. An amount of 5% of the rate quoted under item No.2 shall be retained and the same will be released on satisfactory after completion of 05 years of guarantee period. Contractor may alternatively submit Security Deposit in the form of FDR or BGB for the guarantee amount of 5% mentioned above.
