Tender For Maintenance Works for functionality of w/s scheme in village Jauli(Block-Morna) ,District Muzaffarnagar. - Repairing of existing Sluice valve and S/V chambers of diffrent sizes with necessary fittings in trenches including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc.complete. 3 C.I. D/F Sluice Valve(110-250 mm dia) 4 Leakage repairing work in following diameter existing pipeline including Cutting the existing A.C/PVC/HDPEline, excavation & refilling of trench, bailing out of water, making connection including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.50 mm to 125 mm dia HDPE/PVC/AC pipeline 5 Leakage repairing work in following diameter existing pipeline including Cutting the existing A.C/PVC/HDPEline, excavation & refilling of trench, bailing out of water, making connection including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.140 mm to 200 mm dia HDPE/PVC/AC pipeline 6 Making house connection should be done inside the boundary wall with ferrule/FCV in all sizes of pipeline with saddle piece, service connections, fittings, and fixing ofbrass ferrule of 15 mm size/FCV including tapping the main and cost of bailing out of water. The above work includes necessary dismantling and reinstatement of CC/Bitumenous/BOE/CC Tile/Kuchcha road, excavation including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unservicable material within municipal /village habitation limits as per direction of E/I. It also includes supply, carting, laying & jointing/fitting of necessary length of PE-80, PN-12.50 20mm dia OD MDPE pipe and G.I. Pipe medium quality upto 10 m length, HDPE/G.I. specials & fittings as required to complete the work(for PVC/HDPE/ DI/AC dia ofexisting pipe ) 1 No. HDPE adapter and 1 No. tap/stop cock 15 mm dia with 1 no. G.I. union along with all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. The work also includes supply, filling, collection and submission of all necessary documents required for FHTC work. 7 Repairing of Existing damaged house connection of individual household and carrying it inside of the house as per departmental type design and drawing including supply of all material such as 20 mm O.D. MDPE Pipe / 15 mm G.I. pipeupto 10 Mts.length and specials (15 mm G.I. Elbow, Saddle, Brass ferrule, adopter, brass bib cock/ stop cock etc.) complete with all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. 8 Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and repair of RCC over head tank of 200 KL/600 KL capacity with 14 M staging with chipping the R.C.C surface, cleaning the same, grouting the nipples in the wall with neat cement where leakage or seepage occurs, making the cracks & whole water container water proof with the help of pressure grouting machine or any other method & testing of tank for water tightnessincluding supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete.Repairing /replacing of RCC staircase & 1m wide balcony, G.I. pipes railing consisting of 3 rows of 20mm dia. G.I. pipe (medium class) and angle iron posts of size 50x50x6 mm/1.20 m high around balcony & at the dome periphery, M.S. ladder from balcony to top of tank and inside the tank, supply and fixing M.H. cover with locking device, ventilator, lightening conductor,water level indicator,repair and supply and fixing of D.I. pipes for inlet, outlet, washout & over flow pipes,inlet,outlet and wash out repair of sluice valve, puddle collars and bell mouths, supply and fixing M.S. clamps with RCC column, 25mm PCC 1:2:4 over 80mm PCC 1:4:8 in apron, 150 mm dia. semicircular drain all around the tank, escape channel of 20m length, box type enclsoure at the entrance of the staircase having locking arrangements etc. complete in all respects, as per directions of Engineer-Incharge. 9 Provision for trial and run of the scheme for 3 months including costof labour, fitter and chlorination but excluding electricity charges. 10 Salary of pump operator for previous period. 11 Cleaning of water works campus with all labour T&P etc complete. 12 Repairing of existing Starter. 13 Supply and fixing of scheme information board including supply of all material,Laboiur,T&P etc. 14 Supply and Installation of chlorinator with supply of 40 litere sodium hypochloride.
