    Tender For Installation Of Extra Deep Well Handpump Materials In Pre Constructed Borewell - Fully hot galvanized SUPERFLOW make extra deep well handpump ISI mark Conforming to IS 15500:200 (Part-II) and its latest amendments Old Standard 13287-1997 complete consisting of the IS following parts: 2 Pump Head Assembbly:Complete with Handle, Cover and Third Plate, Tee etc. 3 Cylinder Assembly:65.3 mm Cast Iron Brass Sleeved Cylinder AssembleComplete with all gunmetal and rubber components with stainless steel plunger. 4 Connection Rod:5Nos (electro-galvanized) Mild Steel M12 X 3 05 mtrs lon Connecting rods 5 Riser Pipe:Φ 32mm NB x 3 mtrs Hot Dip Galvanised ISI mark riser pipe conforming to IS: 1239 both side 14 BSP thread, One End single side fasten with GI socket and one side covered with HDPE plastic thread protector. (8.50 Kg Approx). 6 Replacement work of Head Assembly, Connecting rod, G.I. pipe and cylinder Assembly:Reusing those Handpump which are operational and in good condition and whose boring is 200ft or more and making the handpump India Mark by installing the cylinder Assembly, Head Assembly of the extra deep well andpump and additionally the GI pipes and connecting rods as per requirement. Commissioning of conversion from India Mark-II to extra Deep Well Handpump 7 Construction of 1200mm dia CC plateform with grouting of handpump machine 76x76x40 cm CC block and 60x60cm Chauki as per type design (by UPJN) including all material, labour, T&P etc. complete. 8 GST on item no. (1.1,1.2,1.3) @ 5% and item no. (2,3,4)@18%
